Each
and every days of our life is started by seeing the light. We can see
everything in this world because of light. Light is a bright form of
energy given off by something that makes it possible to see. Light is
a form of energy that enables us to see all the things around us.
When a light falls on an object, some of the light gets reflected
back to our eyes. Thus we are able to see an object because of light
being reflected from the object.
The
main source of light on the Earth is the Sun. Plants are able to
prepare their own food during a process called photosynthesis by
using sunlight. The potential for light to perform work is called
light energy. Light energy is the only form of energy that we can
actually see directly. It formed through chemical or radiation or
mechanical means. Light energy can also be converted into other forms
of energy.
